Starting with our own developments in 1995 this area of our business has grown from strength to strength. Working for Developers has become one of our main areas of activity and we expect this to continue to increase. Typically, contract values will range between £1m and £5m on schemes varying in type, size and complexity.

Much of our work is negotiated with repeat business from existing Clients. However, we do accept tender invitations where the list of tenderers is limited to 2 or 3. Our Clients tend to be from the private sector although we have worked in the public sector building flats for one of the Housing Associations.
