Construction of a terrace of eight houses, each
3 storeys high. The construction consists of a structural
steel frame with blockwork walls, rendered externally
with large glazed panels to the front and rear elevations.
From the flat roof cantilevered steelwork, feature
stainless steel balconies are suspended to complete
the modern exteriors. The open plan living space
on the first floor includes a steel helical staircase
with hardwood treads.
