Construction of six new houses in a courtyard setting and refurbishment of an existing building to form flats and office space. External walls were constructed in insulated cavity brickwork, internal walls in blockwork and floors of concrete planks. The mansard to the slated roof was formed with structural steel and timber with lead features. Internal finishes included fully fitted kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, low voltage downlighting, hardwood/tiled/carpetted floors and hardwood staircases.
