Refurbishment of a 2 storey building to create new office space. The works comprised structural repairs to the building fabric, window replacement, formation of new toilet and kitchen areas with associated drainage, spiral stairs, renewed glazed roofs and new services throughout including air conditioning. Raised computer floors were installed at ground and first floor levels with new finishings and decorations to ceilings and walls.
