We have recently been awarded a contract to build a 40,000 sq.ft. office building in Kensington commencing in October 2005. The 4-storey building is a reinforced concrete frame with rendered block work panels constructed along the boundary with an LUL line. Working closely with LUL staff and complying with their restrictions to ensure that the building is constructed safely will be paramount. The other side of the site is bounded by garden walls of 24 houses and during the course of the project due consideration must be given to the occupants.
